Sherry Camden Selman, 60, of Newport, N.C., passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011, in Greenville, N.C.

She was born on April 22, 1951, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Edgar and Effie (Sessions) Camden. She married Roger L Selman on Nov. 20, 1976, at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah, and he survives.

Also surviving is one daughter, Tiffny (John) Long of Mena, Ark.; a grandson; Nathan Long, currently serving in the U.S. Navy on the USS John C. Stennis; two sisters, Jean Camden and Lori Peters; and two brothers, Ray Camden and Bill (Carol) Camden. She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Ken Camden. 

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Carrollton City Cemetery. Shields-Bishop Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of arrangements.
