Vicki Lynn Matkowski  Hall was born on 10 March 1951 at Larned, Pawnee Kansas to Charles Basil Matkowski and Barbara Gwendolyn Giesbrecht.

Vicki graduated from Clearfield High School, Utah in 1969

She died in Kent County Washington  on 16 December 2016. She is buried in the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, King County Washington.

Vicki served in the US Navy as a Dental Technician 3^rd Class during the Vietnam War

On November 6, 1973,  Vicki Married Kent Hall in King County Washington.

Vicki had been living in King County Washington for a number of years.

Vicki had two sons,  Kevin Hall and Korey Hall.
